Berlucchi is the head of start-up, Skinkers.  Compared with Zennstroem, he’s charismatic; clad in a heavy biker jacket, he nonchalantly climbs off his Vespa in front of the small London office in trendy Clerkenwell, where his company is based.  Not far from Skype, the area is filled with Italian restaurants, designer shops and local markets.
