Livestation just got better
A new release of Livestation is now available for download, offering a much-enhanced viewing experience.
21 May 2008
We've improved the streaming to your PC, so you receive a better image with less chance of it breaking up. Our TV and radio channels are now separated in the menu so you know which programmes will have pictures and which won't.
We've added a progress bar to our EPG (electronic programme guide) to indicate how long the programme you are watching has to run and how much you might have missed. And finally, when you only have the Livestation icon in the system tray it demands less from your broadband connection, enabling you to do other stuff more efficiently.
All these features added together combine to create a dramatic improvement in the performance of Livestation, which is why we've called it a 'critical release' and is why you'll be prompted to download this exciting update the next time you launch Livestation.
